Hi, I’m Somer (pronounced like the season)— I'm a photographer and physical therapist based in Seattle, WA. When I’m not out photographing or in the clinic, I’m probably running or hanging out with my whippet, Oakley.
I’ve been shooting ever since I can remember and received a BFA in photography from the University of Washington in 2012. Immediately after that, I set my camera down for a bit to pursue a doctorate in physical therapy.
These days, I love combining two of my main interests, running and photography. I shoot mostly races and brand work.
I live and work in Seattle, Washington.
